She is available to do breakfast, Laurel luncheons, and fundraiser lunches, as well as feasts. She also is experienced at hall stewarding, server directing, and plating. She also teach classes on medieval sauces, Saxon food, Russian food, and medieval herbs and spices. Her favorite areas of study include illusion foods and everything pie! |
