She has redacted recipes from both “The Opera of Bartolomeo Scappi,” and “Scents and Flavors, A Syrian Cookbook”. She has also taught classes on how to plan a feast, how to build out a grocery list, and how to scale up a recipe to the number of servings needed based on portion size. She has cooked feasts both at local and kingdom events and has also worked together with other feast stewards in collaborative efforts.
